Bring up the heavy weaponry!
Designed to fight attritional defensive battles and grand set-piece attacks, the French
Army was well-supplied with heavy weapons, having learned the efficacy of mortars and
machine guns in the trenches of the Great War.
This box contains everything you need to build a heavy weapons platoon - up to six
mortars, or two machine guns, or numerous combinations, plus a
platoon commander. The heavy weapons sprue contains a venerable
Hotchkiss M1914 medium machine gun, as well as options to make two
medium mortars and two light mortars.
Contents:
- Two heavy weapons frames each containing one .Hotchkiss M1914 medium machine gun, one Mle 27/3 medium mortar, and two light mortars - one Mle 1937, and one Mle 1935.
- Three crew frames totalling twelve infantry models that can be assembled as crew or command squads, with a selection of heads, arms and equipment.
- Four 60mm and three 25mm bases, allowing you to construct up to four heavy weapons teams or three heavy weapons plus a platoon commander and bodyguards.
- Four Order Dice

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3working days. Pre-orders will ship as soon as stock arrives-estimated dates are shown on the product pages.
What if an item is out of stock / back order
You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page, or some items may be on a back order which means you’ll see when the item is due to ship and importantly you’ll still be able to make the purchase.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are reserved just for you and shipped as soon as they’re in stock. You won’t be charged twice for shipping if you order in-stock and pre-order items together-we’ll combine them.
