Please note all orders placed through Fog of Wargames website is shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom

Your Order

Once you have placed your order, our rapid despatch team usually can prepare and ship it within 1-3 days. 

This said, please be aware that it may take longer for orders including items made by third parties or in during period of high number of orders received.

 

Shipping

Customers in the UK will receive Free Tracked Shipping on orders of £35

Standard shipping for UK destinations is Royalmail standard delivery - £3.00

 

Standard Service: Royal Mail Tracked

Royal Mail Shipping Standard is the method that is set as default during the check-out process for any destination within the UK.

This method takes 2-5working days to deliver in the UK. Delays on the average delivery times may happen and, following Royal Mail guidelines, we would wait 15 working days from the time of shipping before considering a parcel lost.

At our discretion and at no additional charges, orders sent with this method may have to be split in multiple parcels or upgraded to UPS or FedEx courier, depending on weight and/or dimensions.
If we notice multiple orders placed to be shipped to the same destination, we may decide to send them as a single shipment.

International Tracked & Signed

Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days

Customers in the EU will receive Free Tracked Shipping on orders of £50

International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East

International customer will receive Free Tracked Shipping on orders of £150

Custom Charges

Custom charges may apply when shipping outside of the UK.

Orders may require you to pay import charges and brokerage/administrative fees – these are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Refused international orders will be refunded only once returned to us, minus the original shipping cost and any courier return fees.
