If your item is an “Order In” item, please allow 5-10 working days.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery – just get in touch if there’s a problem, and we’ll sort it quickly.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Pre-orders will ship as soon as stock arrives, estimated dates are shown on the product pages. Order In items are typically shipped 5-10 working from the time of ordering unless specified.
What if an item is out of stock / back order
You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page, or some items may be on a back order which means you’ll see when the item is due to ship and importantly you’ll still be able to make the purchase.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are reserved just for you and shipped as soon as they’re in stock. You won’t be charged twice for shipping if you order in-stock and pre-order items together-we’ll combine them.
